"The “manager” should be replaced immediately. Security seems to care more about the customers, employees, and functionality of the store than she does. There was one cashier, and the young lady was doing her best to do what should have been a two to three person job. She called for help after be told to do so by security. The manager stormed to the front asking “What?” in a shrude tone as if she was being disturbed. This is not the first nor second time I have witnessed her being rude to staff/customers. This woman is unprofessional and clearly unfit to run the store. Great merchandise, Poor management!"
