Self Made Barber Shop

"Unfortunately this rating is not based on the hair cut but rather the lack of a acknowledgement from staff. They definitely have skills as we watched them perform their craft. I drove in once before few months ago and was about 5 min too late from from closing...came back today hoping to get a nice cut. As far as I'm concerned San Antonio has a wealth of other talented barbers that we can choose from . Kind Regards, Mr. BROWN"

"No communication. Went in there and asked if they took walk ins. The guy said yes and there was only 1 guy in front of us. We wrote our names down. As we waited for about 30 min, what appeared to be friends of one of the barber shows up. I doubt he had an appointment as he acted suprised to see him. When he finished cutting the guy he had, he then, completely ignoring us, tell his friend he will be right back and heads out to the parking lot. After around 15 min of chatting with another friend, he then comes back in and tells his friend, who came in after us, to take a seat. Not once did he acknowledge us, or say, "hey guys, let me get him real quick since he had an appointment" or anything... what seemed like the owner was also sitting there in the waiting room and he said nothing either.. We then got up, walked up to the counter, scratched our names off and left. Even then, no one still acknowledged us.. wasted almost an hour just sitting there to just be ignored and for them to put their friend first.... we always tip our barbers well, 15-20 tip on top of what they charge... we are moving to San Antonio soon and one thing is sure, this won't be my shop I go to."
