"Awful experience! I got a gift from this store, I did not like the gift at all. So I went to the store located at La Cantera. I asked them if they can refund the shirt amount that was given to me. I was told that since it was on sale the can’t do a refund that they can only do an exchange or store credit. At that point I was un decided between a wallet that was very close in price of the gift, or a full price shirt that was a little more then twice the price the gift. Well I decided to tu buy the shirt. The veryto go back and retuned it and get a wallet. They told me that there policy is that they do not do refunds. I was shocked because they never explained that at no moment before using the credit for the gift and then needing to pay a lot more for the shirt. Now I was stuck with only getting a voucher for the full amount. The employees are not professional at all I was taking to them and they were so unprofessional."
