"Love this store! I’ve been coming here for years and it always has great stuff. And always great shopping when it says got a HomeGoods attached."
"Manager Lucinda was deceptive and provided bad customer service. 2 weeks ago, I was at the store looking for a simple dress to wear to a wedding that I was attending that weekend. I found the perfect black dress (the fabric weight and drape was exactly what I was looking for). The only problem was that it didn’t have a price tag. The only tag on the dress was that it was part of a 2-piece ensemble, but there was no second piece attached to the hanger. Nevertheless, I still wanted to get it, but to my surprise, the cashier told me that they don’t sell products if it’s missing a piece. I didn’t understand why because I have purchased items like this before. I asked to speak to the manager, Lucinda, and she also said the same thing. Her explanation was that they’ll spend 7 days to search for the other piece, if they can’t find it, they will mark the item out of stock. I literally begged to see if she can find something similar in the same brand and charge me that price because it’s a just such a waste to throw the dress out especially when you have a customer who really wants it, but she was firm on her decision because she said it was company policy. I asked her if she could take down my number and give me an update on the dress when the 7 days were up. She did take down my number, but I never got a callback from her. So I assumed she didn’t find the other piece and just marked the dress out of stock. I ended up wearing something completely different than what I had in mind to that wedding. Fast forward to today, I have another wedding to attend this weekend, and I’m still looking for a simple black dress to go with this beautiful shrug I have. So I decided to try my luck again at the store. Well, well, well…guess what I found? The SAME EXACT dress on the rack SELLING AS A ONE-PIECE. WOW. Just WOW. Apparently, they CAN sell products if it’s missing a piece. I don’t know if Lucinda was in a mood that day or didn’t like my look or didn’t like that I asked to talk to her to understand the store policy, but I’m extremely irritated and disappointed that she blatantly lied to me."
"The T.J. Maxx in Irving usually has what you need especially since Home Goods is connected to it. Although most of the Maxx’s stores have so much stuff you don’t want to look at what they have, this location was organized. The beauty section was easy to search through and find what you wanted and for the usual great price."
"Busy store. Had a lot of Disney brand stuff, holiday decor, and gifts. I don’t have a Facebook page to share with the DFW avaition groups or other savvy travelers but I saw they have a bunch of uniquely colored Spirit Airlines yellow large Yeti tumblers for $29.99"
"The store has a good collection and there are offers available throughout the year. The big issue is a big queue during billing."
