"This place is a joke! For one, it's been closing for about 30 years! Their liquidation sale is usually regular price. Bought a pair of $300 boots that were defective. The right boot fit well when it was fitted in the store. The left on the other hand was a bit tighter and no insole on the front toe area. Definably uncomfortable. I called and they said an exchange would be ok. Well, they did not have the same pair to make an exchange with. Instead of the Alligator boots they tried to get me into a lesser pair ($200) Ostrich boots. Not My style but oh well. Then they would not refund the difference. Could only do a store credit. Needless to say, I left the Ostrich boots and took back the defective boots they sold me the first time. Total scam! Never going back again! Way to go trying to take advantage of an 89 year old Man! It's your loss."
