"Earlier today around 4:00PM, my little brother went to get “Egyptian Prince” engraved on the back of his hat and the manager on duty spelled it wrong. He gave him 15$ at first and then my brother demanded more so he got the full refund which is 48$ in total. Now we are trying to get the money for how much the hat cost, but we are getting no answer from them. What should I do?"

"I went today to the store in the afternoon at 7:00 p.m. with my 7 years old son, the unique employee didnt say hello, or welcome... we went to the back side to watch the kids size, and the guy who works there, an afro-american guy with beard and a hat, told me, very very rude, that what was i looking for, because the adult sizes were in other place, i said yes, i know, i am client from the store since years (10) and he left with a angry face, so i came back to the front store, and told him that it was any problem if i was watching the kids sizes, and he said, thats not your size, i told him, and? so you are telling me that i cant look the whole store, only because you are angry, or had a bad day? after that, he said, do you speak english? i said yes, english and spanish, and you speak english? after that, i said that i wanna talk with the manager, he said i'm the manager, i said, i dont think so, because i never see you in the store before, and he respond i am the manager! i ask him for his name, he said dont worry about it, i said are you scared of anaything? and he didnt said his name, so obviously i left the store and the employee said before, "please don't come back ever", and told him, i will come back, pretty sure, you will see... So the think is that this guy is very disrespectful and rude person, i couldnt take him a picture because my son spend all my cel phone battery, i was angry by his attitude, and i expect a respond of the manager of this store."

"Their membership program has been very hit miss on the discount I was supposed to get on everything I was originally told when I signed up. Seems like it depends on the store and the employees involved and the day of the week. Very undependable discount which really just offsets the sales tax anyway."
