"Offering something that you can not deliver on is not the way to operate a business. Under promise, over deliver. $25,00 for expedited shipping that was promised in days and instead took weeks with zero communication about any delay. It would not be so bad except many customers had the same experience."

"Well, 2 of my family members placed orders for thanksgiving. We never got the shirts, never got a response back from emails and will now have to dispute the purchase. In trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt that it is not a scam, I am assuming they were overwhelmed with orders but then tracked down a phone number, which went to a generic voicemail. Such a bummer as we were really looking forward to having these. I won't order from them again and will move forward with disputing the charges that were put on CC the day of the order :-("

"UPDATE: Someone reached out to me with an apology and offer of a refund after I emailed them. I believe the error was an oversight and am revising my review. I do hope that they will take to heart my comments and make the information about tracking an order more transparent, and an order easier to go back and cancel, if the item(s) will arrive too late. To be clear, the original review below was written *before* I received their email. OP: Placed an order June 11. Expected 1 week shipping (per website). After a week with no indication that my item was bing shipped, I searched in vain for a way to cancel my order for a refund. I received notice on July 1 that my order was en route. I understand that there is a global shipping crisis, but give customers a realistic expectation of shipping time and a way to cancel if their items will not arrive in a timely fashion."
