"I went on Thursday to the Gran plaza as the last attempt to find a wedding dress. I was basically with the mentality of just get a cheap one and whatever now. LA Glitter was the last store I was going to walk in before I just ordered a cheap dress from a catalog from another booth. Walking in I automatically found some dresses that I fell in love with! I got all excited and the guy that works there was so nice and welcomed us. Not only did he help me find a dress that fitted and loved but they accommodated me into trying it on. Turns out I had to have a appointment to try it on but since I had drove from Oklahoma they let me. & they let me try on 2 dresses and helped me envision everything by trying on the veil to get a better idea of how i was going to look. They gave me a real good price on the dress and they really showed they cared and treated me really well. The experience was fantastic! I went in walking all disillusioned, walked out all excited! I said yes to the dress!!"

"Made an appt to try on dresses via call, drove ONE HOUR to get to the appt and then get told that “I’m not sure if they told you on the phone but the first dress to try on is free and if you wanna try on more dresses it will be $100 per dress you wanna try on” the “manager” kept repeating “yeah I’m sorry we have new employees and they didn’t let you know everything. It’s not me it’s company policy” like are you serious. Anyways don’t recommend them will definitely not be going back."

"Do not recommend this place, save your time and money. We scheduled an appointment for a try on and was told we could only try on one dress additional try on would be $100 each which seems pretty unreasonable considering we’re already spending a lot and still have to pay additional fees seems ridiculous. Not to mention how overpriced their dresses are. The ladies who work there aren’t courteous they don’t seem to enjoy being there making it awkward and uncomfortable. The whole vibes there just didn’t feel good therefore we just did our one try on and left. Have had much better experiences at other stores with more options to try on and less expensive."

"Horrible experience and customer service. We bought a set of arras, and the glass box was broken. We didn’t inspect the box because the employee had it in her hands the entire time. When we took it out of the bag an hour later, we saw two cracks in the box. We went back to show them, and the owner accused us of having dropped the box. There were other people in the store, and he was accusing us of being dishonest. Ultimately, he refused to exchange the product or refund our money. Had I read the other reviews before going in the store, I wouldn’t have bothered even going there."
