"I signed in online. Showed up about 15 minutes early. Stood at the counter for almost 5-10 minutes with all the stylists and another person, who was walking around doing tasks, ignoring me. Finally someone came over to say hello. And they proceeded to explain I could sign myself in. There are no signs saying, "hey we are going to ignore you, please sign yourself in." If there was I wouldn't have stood there like an idiot waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. My other experiences have been luke warm. There are a lot of places I can get my hair cut. I think I will look elsewhere for my next cut."
"I had visited this Sports Clips location once before, and I didn't have the best experience. I wrote a review and the owner of the business wrote me asking me to come back. As reluctant as I was, I did. I must say, when I went in the second time, I was greeted by Tiffany (the manager). She also did my haircut. But she went above and beyond. She also gave me a shampoo, and massaged my back and neck. It is so hard to get great customer service these days, but today i did. I will definitely be back for all my haircuts. Thank you so much Tiffany and Amy."
