"WE FOUND A DEAD HERMIT CRAB IN A TANK THAT WAS ON DISPLAY. If this shop decided to sell Hermit crabs, they should take care of them instead of neglecting them. The living conditions for the ones that are alive are awful as they need soil to burrow. If I could leave no stars, I would."

"I have to rate a 1 star! It was going to be a 5 star since I really loved the store. The reason it’s a 1 star is because an employee a short Hispanic women with tied down black hair accused my daughter of stealing! She told me that she had put something in her pocket and I grabbed my daughter in front of her and checked her back pockets and nothing then I checked her front and her jeans didn’t have pockets in the front! Then she claimed that she threw it on the floor and I said to show me where and she couldn’t so I asked my daughter where was she and she said I was by the bracelets so I went and checked the floor and I said I don’t see anything on the floor. The lady didn’t say anything and walked away! I’m very upset! Before claiming somebody for stealing CHECK THE CAMERAS!!"

"Such poor customer service and I think the $63 I spent was split between the 2 ladies. I got out my credit card and she said that their machine was really slow , did I have cash, which I did. I asked for a receipt and she told me it was in the bag. I should have looked because it wasn’t there. Whoever owns the store will surely go out of business if his employees are ripping him off."

"Lady has a decent scam running at the register. She’ll over charge you $30ish and hope you don’t notice. I happened to know I had 9 items, I’m weird about 3 and it’s derivatives. Receipt had 12 items. I stopped, counted & compared and got my $30 back. She apologized. I was suspicious. Needed towels and they have towels for $2 so I went back. Walked in and another customer was asking how she had extra charges on her receipt. SMH. Mal Creada."
