"The staff was pleasant and the shop was very clean. Disappointed that the neck shave was done with an electric razor. Also I did not get a skin fade as describe on the website. The stylist only used clippers with no gaurd. Every other skin fade I have had actually included shaving the fade. At the prices for services here, I would expect better. Music was too loud to have a pleasant conversation with my stylist. Edit: The owner reached out to me directly to discuss the review. After discussing what happened he told me that they will definitely review training/expectations. The owner handled the situation perfectly and I am quite impressed that they took to the time to understand what went wrong and told me that customer satisfactions is priority #1 for the business. He offered to comp my service but, I do not feel like that the result justifies my service being comped. I will definitely give them another shot when it comes time for my next haircut. Edit II Went back for another haircut and it was great. Service was spot on. I'll be back to see Andrew again."

"I've been frequenting the Roanoke BC's for a while now and was stoked to realize one a lot closer to me. This Lantana location right by Kroger is great! The shop is meticulously designed, all the details are impressive, the lighting, full length mirrors, drinks, products, services, etc. Everyone was like family and very welcoming and personable. Taylor absolutely gave me a stellar haircut and she knew what she was doing regarding a cowlick in my hair in order to make sure it laid down properly... She was also a beautiful soul to connect to and talk with. The owner, Justin was extremely warm and friendly, smiling ear to ear, and he genuinely wanted to personally connect and make sure I had an amazing experience. For me it comes down to the little things and the details and they are 100% on point here."

"Took my kiddos to get cuts today and we saw Ashley. She was precious to my boys. She was incredibly kind and personable and so so patient. Both boys were a little reserved walking in to use someone new and walked out saying, “I’m always coming back to Miss Ashley. She was so nice.” She went above and beyond to make them comfortable and engage them in conversation. We will be back for sure. Ashley is our girl."
