"Worst experience of my life! I’m going to start this off saying my faults. My son is 2 and has had about 6 haircuts in his life so he’s used to them. Today he didn’t take his nap and so was a bit on the cranky side. I figured he was going to be fine which is totally my fault. He wasn’t having it the moment she turned on the clippers I felt bad because usually he’s fine. Those are my faults but this lady was no saint. She starts man handling his head, he starts getting burns on his head, starts just cutting away nothing looks like the picture, when I was looking over him he had cuts on his eyes, and he was literally screaming bloody murder and clenching on tight to me. I’m not a confrontational person so I paid and left but I was so angry and mad at myself for not saying anything to her."
