"Update this place ain't it. The customer service here leaves one wanting. Went back twice after the poor customer service with eddie described below. Meghan was amazing my son loved her and was excited when it was time to get his hair cut again. A major first. Went to schedule an appointment and was informed she no longer worked there. Made an appointment with billy highe and he was more than 10 minutes late to the appointment. I told him when making the appointment 5 days in advance my son doesnt like getting his hair cut, this has to be quick. He doesnt like even knowing were going to get a haircut. So by the time billy walked in my son was already trying to leave. He did a decent job. But still on the hunt for a decent barber that treats their customers with the enough respect to show up to their appointment on time and not wonder off mid haircut to go play with their buddies in a back room. Let me start off by saying Eddie did a great job on my son's haircut. He got him edged up and looking pretty. It's been awhile since we found someone who's given my son a great cut. Why the 3 stars then? Well IMHO he was unprofessional. He picked up his phone multiple times and made appointments, walked away without saying a word and chatted with someone in an office for a few minutes. He left us so many times my son asked 3xs did he finish? If we go back will be trying a different barber. But the search continues for our new regular barber."

"My husband gets his cut here regularly and girl does great (don’t know her name) However my son got his done today at the same time as my husband and my son walked out with 1/2 a cut .. top was not touched at all (not the sideburns and no product) *if they were too busy they should have just said so. By the time my husband was done with his own cut, the man who was cutting my sons hair was already on the next client. Yes he should have brought it up but we didn’t have time to sit and wait for them to be “free” again to complete the cut."

"I just moved into a Haltom City from a small town Boyd and I try to go to this barber shop to trying to find a place where I can get a haircut every two weeks and I just walked in to see if I can get a haircut. One of their employees was so rude and said this is America I said I was born here because I was trying to explain what kind of haircut I wanted so he just laughs at me and says he would like it to go somewhere else. No I did not get a haircut. so I don’t recommend this place to nobody around here."

"Back again with Eric this time! Still highly recommended! Best barber shop I've been to by far! I just wish they had later hours. Totally worth the hustle to get here! Highly recommended! They are so good at what they do and very friendly!"
