"We've been on the urgent care side previously, and I wouldn't say they were my favorite...BUT....we went today to get labwork and let me tell you Regina, their phlebotomist, is Amazing. I'm an RN and when I tell you she explained everything so well my 4 year old didn't flinch. Got her on the first try too. Definitely recommend if you need labs drawn for your kiddos."

"We love Cook Children’s Hospital in FW but we will never take our kids here again. We’ve been there twice and both times suspected ear infections but they said the ears looked great. But when we took them to their pediatrician a couple of days later after still running fevers, double ear infection. 2 for 2. My wife works in medicine and both times noted that the exams were done poorly. Don’t waste your time or money."

"Quick, fast and efficient. Testing was done right away before the doctor came in. Nurses listened to me as a as far as what test should be ran. Once results were ready, the doctor came in, diagnosed my daughter and we were out the door. We weren't there no longer the 30 mins to an hour."

"I usually love cooks but this location I always seems to have issues with. They never have sick appointments available, and I understand you can book days I advance but I can’t anticipate my child sick three days from now and they don’t allow walk in and wait. All urgent care take appointments and leave a few spaces for last minute sick visits. Well not this place so I never can take my child here and are forced to drive to go to ft worth and wait there. Also the last two times we were there the front desk staff always seems ready to argue even though I’m polite and just inquiring information about what our next step is like paying them or what area to wait in. I understand a lot of people scream at them, but they should never anticipate that all people are gonna scream at them and so to be treated as if I’m a rude customer off the bat just a super unprofessional. Also, one of the last visits I had my son had a fever of 102 and the nurse practitioner said to not give them ibuprofen because it’s good for the body to just fight off the infection. Last time I checked 102 to 103° feveris dangerous and small children So long story short if your child sick don’t bring them here unless you can get an appointment online just go ahead and head to Fort Worth cause that’s what they’re gonna tell you to do anyways or find a different urgent care"
