Both of my sons are Autistic and struggle with different sensory issues. Ezra used to love getting haircuts with clippers and from one day to the next he wasn’t having it. He cried and screamed and fought. I was worried he wouldn’t ever want a haircut again. Today when we saw Amber she was as patient as always and did the haircut completely with sheers. She provides the kids with toys to keep them entertained and speaks to them so patiently. She also talks strategies with parent before hand and tries different things. She’s even gotten on the floor with my son Eric!! She’s not only an amazing barber but an amazing human!! Proof that not all hero’s wear capes!! ❤️"
