"This has been my go to place for the past 4yrs. I'm always satisfied with my haircut. I don't mind driving from Alamo over to Mission because my barber always does a great job (HERB). I do recommend this place. I find that it's best to pick your barber and set up appointments."

"Barbers have their regulars and if you're new they will see others first before they see you. They are good barbers who take their time to make sure you get a good cut. But the weekend it will take at least an hour wait MINIMUM expect at least 1-2 hour wait of you show up at 10:00 am on a Saturday without an appointment. Also they rarely open up on time. They advertise 10:00 Am but I've had over 3 times where I've been there at 10 and waited past 10:15 without anyone showing up. They give good fades but it's not worth the hassle unfortunately. A bit of efficient management could quickly make this place 4 stars plus."

"First time visiting. The worst customer service ever. We waited for 30 minutes, and we were never acknowledged. Finally had to ask the 4 barbers, to be told that they were not going to be available. As new customers, we would at least expect to be told when entering that there was no availability till another hour or so and not have to wait for 30 minutes. Also, one barber took a walk in before us, knowing we had been waiting. Didnt expect to be treated rudely at the end as we were leaving, just for asking as if we should already know how the barber shop works."

"I went on a Sunday around 2 oclock. We waited for an hour to get seen. They did a good job on my sons haircut and he liked it and wants to go there again. Next time ill go early so we dont have to put aside 2 hours for a haircut. This is a popular spot for mens haircuts with styling fades."
