"I was a little skeptical at first but I spoke with Mr. Noe Lopez about my concerns regarding the work to be done to my pick up truck. Mr. Lopez was very forthcoming and ensured that my vehicle's work would be taken care of. Kudos to Mr. Lopez, Jorge R. and the rest of the TEAM at Oasis. At the end of the workday, Mr. Lopez called me to ensure that the work on my pick up truck had been completed to my satisfaction. Again, Kudos to the Oasis team."

"I had my TPS installed/programmed on 12-27. After that my car started with a vibration going 60mph. On 01-05 I brought my car to get checked… I told them I would pay for their mistake of not marking the tire to wheel in order to have close to the same balancing. They said it would be $35 for inspection or do the work there. First they were charging me $112… I asked for a discount. He left and came back saying it would be $112 for balancing plus $35 for the inspection. After an argument I ended up paying $92 for their mistake. Oasis was my first choice, now it will be on the last ones to ask for service."

"Went in for wheel alignment paid 125$ mentioned to them car was going to the right. After i took it the car was literally the same way i called and told them as soon as i left. Employee said theyre gonna rotate tires to take it back, after that the same thing. Employee scheduled me for the next day at 10am for the main tech to check it. After i went i noticed my name in small board they have for appointments at 10am, but manager said they were full and they couldn’t take me in, literally AFTER I PAID AND MADE AN APPT. I work out of town so i coulnt go again. After i finally had a chance to go they told me its been too long and it will be 35$ to check it again. So i paid 35$ to tell me it was perfect and my issue was “bent frame” on a car i hardly use. Today i took it to another shop and they literally told me the steering wheel axis was wrong and alignment as well. My car had no frame issue it was just a simple wheel alignment. Long story short once you pay they dont care about you . Don’t recommend"
