"Considering that the WARRANTY was out on my tires and DESPITE THE FACT that they used the Excuse that my tire was at 18psi where their policies state 15 psi minimum, they Did Not put any air in my tire. Their Fear pushing sales techniques did not work on me even after the tech stated my tires were dry rotted. Not true there's not even 70k miles on them and only 4 years old this year. AND I BOUGHT THE SET OF TIRES FROM DISCOUNT TIRE. Of course the tech offered an afternoon appointment, but I had no transportation to/back to pick up my truck. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS DISCOUNT TIRE!"

"Called ahead with concerns about my tires. Upon arrival later in the day, they remembered the call and came out immediately to assess the car. They recommended the best set of tires, but because we are on a budget, we went with a different set. They didn't dismiss our situation but agreed it was what we needed based on budget and usage. My car was ready in an hour. We have had all 6 of our vehicles serviced here for tires and will continue to do so based on expediency and customer service. Thank you."
