"James has been our barber for over a year now and does great work. His move to MRK has benefited us since he is closer now. Before James, my son didn’t want to get his hair cut and never sat still. James talks to him to keep him very comfortable and takes an interest in what kids enjoy so he can keep them engaged during the whole visit. I get a simple medium fade with a line up and James makes sure I end with hot towel massage. The atmosphere is great, James and the other barbers are very friendly with great stories and quality jokes. He even remembered my need for a specific hair product from 2 months ago. Thank you James, always outstanding work. We will be back soon."

"I don't remember dudes name but he did my son's hair and it looked awesome. The fall back is the price. 20 is a lot for a kid's head. Won't be going back for that reason. Who can afford 20$ each time they need a fresh cut? An on top of the tip of five it was 25 for it. That's just nuts to me. Hope the cost goes down!"

"Went in to get my haircut. When I went home, I noticed some of my hair was uneven. I asked the owner of the establishment (the one who cut my hair) if I could come back in to get it fixed and he just laughed at me not caring about his mistake. He even went out of his way to block me from his Instagram profile. He will not own up to his mistakes. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this shop."

"I came to El Paso tax for business conference and I was in desperate need for a haircut. I walked in to the barbershop in a rush and the owner Micheal quickly greeted me and sat me in his chair. I quickly said I’m in a Rich is there a possiblity you can get me out in 30 minutes. He relied with “yes sir no worries”. I told him what I wanted and through out the duration of the service he kept me enterainted with good conversation and great background music that fit the environment. I noticed how they treated the other people that came in and they were superb with not only the adults in the establishment but with the children getting their haircuts. They paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I had asked for. 5 stars across the board. Thank you again Micheal."
