"I was so eager to be a customer here at the Bridal Galleria of Del Rio. Unfortunately, that is nowhere near their priorities :( Not one hello or smile and was instead greeted with rules of what I "can't" do. NO pictures, NO returns, NO outside items, NO NO NO is all I heard from this location. When I told the sales associate what I was looking for the first thing she told me was " Well the moment you walk out of this store, you cannot return it". I told her I was not planning on returning anything because I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to make sure that what they offered fit well with the look I was going for. She then replied "Yeah but the moment you walk out that door, you can't return it". ????? This is the type of service you will experience at the Bridal Galleria of Del Rio. Fortunately, I had found a dress elsewhere (not in DR) where they said YES to everything The Bridal Galleria of Del Rio told me NO to, all with with a glass of champagne in my hand."
