"We will never make another purchase at a Loves Travel Stop again. Tonight the cashier stole $50 from me. I prepaid for gas with a $100 bill and requested only $50 on our pump. $50 should have been returned to me. When the cashier handed me the receipt with no cash back I questioned him. He said I only gave him a 50 dollar bill. I did not. I had to go get my husband to help resolve this. The manager took the drawer to the back, they also checked the cameras, and after the till audit they found my 100 dollar bill in the till. I was given my owed $50. Absolutely pathetic and I hope this male employee who was working around 5:30pm tonight on 1/15/24 is fired. Stealing from the customers?? I mean really. What a terrible representation for Loves."

"We stopped here as it had a fenced dog area and it was really nice. It has 2 separate dog areas so if one is occupied you have the other. My dogs finally went poop after 8 hours of driving and rest stops. Filled up with diesel and prices were good Restrooms were new and clean Plenty of places to park"
