"Went in to do a title transfer and they couldn’t do it. They tried to tell me I could not do a transfer title with a private sale which was incorrect, went straight to the tax county office which may have taking a little longer but once at counter was in and out in 15min. Don’t waste your time here they have no idea what there doing"

"Honest review - this place was very nice to me during the process but it wasn’t a fast experience at all like advertised and it was VERY expensive. It took over 9 days to get my vehicles registered after I started working with them and I had to come back to their office multiple times because they thought my paperwork was incorrect, or they were missing paperwork that I had already previously brought into their office etc… Also they didn’t understand how to handle my Disabled Veteran plates and were giving me incorrect instructions. I called the DMV myself and confirmed that the instructions this business was giving me were incorrect so I had to come into their office with a copy of the Texas Statute and prove to them that my paperwork was correct and already completed. It was very tedious to have to come into their office and explain to them that my paperwork was ok. After that they said they would call me and update me with my paperwork because it was taking a lot longer than usual but no one ever bothered to call me. So after waiting a few days with no call I called them to find out my plates were already completed. Which would have been nice to know earlier but no one bothered to call me and let me know that they were ready. From what I understand this place charges literally 5x higher than the other title companies in the area. I’m not kidding 5X HIGHER. I don’t think the service here is 5x better than the other places from my personal experience. So please don’t be like me and do your research before you come here if your trying to save time getting your vehicle’s registered."
