"I wanna commend Abraham D. for helping out with my warranty coverage with safelite auto glass. I was given the wrong information from another roadvantage call center operator to schedule my appointment with safelite and show up in person and have the safelite front desk person setup the payment. The front desk person told me that I was given misinformation and that payment is setup prior to the appointment between roadvantage and safelite. Abraham D. helped immediately with contacting safelite and taking care of the payment so that I could have my windshield fixed immediately. I really appreciate his patience and assistance."
