"I tried to cancel my policy as I got a new one bundled with Geico. I was not able to over the phone, they needed my signature, which I did but My camera phone photos was not crisp enough, it only had ALL THE IMPORTANT INFO like my name, address, policy number, cancel dates and signature, but these wonder boys did not accept it supposedly because it was missing the edges. No one reached out to me saying we got a cancel request but it wasn't legible enough to be valid, they just did like they do because of course this co is three parties removed. So and extra couple hundred out the window for nothing. Be wary of them."

"I cancelled my policies on 1/6. Today my account was debited for my auto policy. When I called, they confirmed they received the required documentation from me to cancel our policies, but they did not do what they needed to on their end to process the cancellation. They said policies were cancelled now but a refund would take up to 5 business days. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold for a few minutes only to be told one wasn't available. She took down my information for a manager to call me back, which would take 24-48 hours. Completely unacceptable on all levels."
