An adjuster was scheduled to appraise the roof on Wednesday, 25 October. The adjuster had an opening in his schedule, and arrived on Saturday, 14 October. After a documenting the damage, the Allstate adjuster presented me with a detailed list of damages and a claim reimbursement check on the spot. I was completely and pleasantly shocked with the rapidity of the Allstate response. Considering the widespread property damage to the Austin/Round Rock area due to this weather event, I cannot think of anything more I could ask of Mike and Allstate."
