"It is nearly impossible to get anything done with them. It took months and multiple contacts just to get an address updated. Same with name updates. Those still haven't been updated properly. Emails go unanswered and it's like they just ignore me when I'm asking questions about insurance plans or important changes. It has made for a lot of frustration when using the insurance because the outdated information on the insurance doesn't match the patient information."

"Couldn't be bothered. I finally gave in and let them quote my business since they hounded me. What a mistake. They expected me to do all the work, providing things they were supposed to do. I had to email them 3 or 4 times to get anything done. After my expiration date, I wrote them again asking for my quote. They did not find me a company, but best of all.... they couldn't be bothered to tell me. Lazy, terrible customer service"
