"Hair by Julia posted a groupon offering, haircut with shampoo, blow dry and partial highlights for $89.00. I went to her website and booked an appointment. Julia hadn’t listed her Groupon service so I chose a haircut and scheduled. I texted the number so she’d be aware of the discrepancy- I receive a barrage of text messages telling me she cannot honor the appointment, can we reschedule? “Yes”, I say. Then she tells me I have to pay $30 more dollars for a blow dry- I reply with her screenshot Stating that the blow dry is included. Silence She texts me back that she won’t have time and I will have to pay for a toner and it only applies to shoulder length hair. More phone calls, texts from Julia and telling me I will have to pay more. I’m not sure if Julia did not understand her Groupon terms or if Groupon did not understand Julia’s terms- Either way, I asked for a trade-in from Groupon."
