"Terrible, I called in to get a price on the some boots, the woman on the phone said she would go check and instead of checking I hear her talking to a co-worker the whole time talking about what coffee drink she wants. Sat on hold for about 5 minutes before hanging up. We will take our business elsewhere."

"If I was able to give half of a star I would, I thought all purchases that are on a federal installation were supposed to be tax free. I was definitely wrong I found a pair of boots for a $169.99, it was very well in budget. Once I got the counter the price came out $184 and change. It’s not even a issue paying a sales tax but I’ve paid $14 in sales tax for only one pair of boots. I’m definitely never come back here again and I will also let my soldiers to do the same. Definitely can find a business somewhere else."

"I purchased a pair of boots using my Star Card and the cashier put them on the retail side instead of the clothing side, even though it’s military clothing. I stated I did not want them on the retail side because it’s military clothing, she stated she can't accept returns for boots even though the transaction was a few minutes ago and started she can only do an exchange. She also stated that they can only put military clothing on the retail side of the card. I guarantee you if a soldier walks in the store to purchase military clothing and they hand you a star card they would want it on the clothing side NOT the retail side. The return policy is what really aggravated me because I literally haven't left the store with the item so why not accept it back?? I will never purchase anything from here again."

"Great boots with decent prices unfortunately the girl working today decided that her phone was more important than helping customers....people walked in and out without one words spoken to them. It's a shame that employees take advantage of no manager being around and just being lazy."
