"Ms. Brenda helped me so much! I put a bleach kit from Sally's ( the Sally's lady specifically told me how and the order in witch to get the result I wanted) Sally's no nothing the bleach kit I put in my hair for 22 mins before it started burning and hurting. Long story short my hair was literally falling out, yes falling out. So I called Brenda at Walmart and I was so so happy. I thought my hair was ruined, she not only fixed it she put a strong hair conditioner on and then washed dryed and offered to flat iron it. I left feeling so good.
