"Scheduled an appointment with Emma for highlights when I seen a post online, while there I asked if they provide eye brow tint and waxing they said yes well I came out looking like a clown the dye was stuck to the skin and not even with my brows to say the least also she burnt my skin with the wax and over worked the skin and cause a huge spot to be sore Kelley tried to put bleach to help lift it which caused it to burn severely on the area that skin was waxed off it also caused a scab to top it off I asked for platinum toner and got silver. I reached out to owner via messenger to make her aware and she replied well we didn't charge you the $10 for services so we can't refund you. I never asked for a refund only messaging to make her aware with photos that my skin was removed. As a owner to the salon I would have thought she would have been more helpful and caring of her paying customers. Please ladies do research prior to going to a new place."
