If you don’t have a good customer service attitude why even work at the salon where people are in and out all the time? She’s even rude to children…."

"I had my locs done in Kenya for the first time and came in for rety. The owners daughter did wonders to my locs in July. I came to realize my locs were getting thicker and I wondered why. I decided to comb them out and behold, I discovered she had linked up 2 locs into one. I think she was lazy and thought of a shortcut. I was not very happy with this action. You cannot link up someone’s locs without letting them know cause that messes up with the grid and thickness. I had to undo and Comb them out."

"Horrible experience. I asked for medium knottless braids and received braids of different sized. My parts were not straight and they burned my head with steaming water. I texted the owner to let her know her daughter and another worker did not do a good job. She told me I could come back to fix it. When I returned she did not want to fix my hair. She wanted me to pay for more hair when it was their mess up. I have never paid $240 for medium knottless braids Be Aware and believe the bad reviews. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but this is just wrong doing. If you have someone inexperienced doing someone's hair the client should not be charged full price and made aware so they can choose if they want that person in their head."
