"The way this office works is you pay 100% upfront, and they promise to reimburse you whatever your insurance has paid afterwards. "Promise" is the keyword. It's been 11 months (!) since my three visits in May 2023; I'm still trying to get that reimbursement, and they keep looking for excuses to not release that check. Will be filing a complaint with both my insurances, and definitely suggest to stay away from this place! Update: I received a call from the billing department and was informed the check was issued the next day this review was posted. Changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars because of that update. Still don't give 5 stars because of the reimbursement delay, obviously. p.s. Dr. Cloutier is great, though."

"Dr. Cloutier is the best: knowledgeable, personable, efficient. I like the way his assistant explained each piece of equipment they were going to use for my root canal. I have no after-effects from the surgery, either."

"Horrible experience. Went in for a root canal, now I have a fracture tooth that needs extraction (also infected). I should have seen that coming when during treatment the assistant, who wasn’t wearing eye protection, had bleach splashed in her eye. Called to voice my experience and never heard back from the owner. Way to treat a veteran!!!!! Strongly recommend going elsewhere."

"Dr. David Cloutier has a friendly demeanor which puts you at ease instantly. He has hands of gold for his work is impeccable! Ms. Gabriela Sierra, the operations manager was equally charismatic and impeccable as well as the rest of the staff! Never thought a root canal would be such a pleasant experience!"

"Dental work is never fun but if you have to get a root canal I can't think of a better place to go. I especially want to give Becky a shout out, she assisted the doctor in my procedure and she made all the difference. She was constantly checking on me to make sure I felt comfortable and explained everything in great detail for me. The entire experience was better than I could have imagined."
