"These ladies saved me a panic attack when my phone fell out the window and on to 9th street just as school was letting out. It was in a good wallet phone case but still had a lot of damage. It’s an iPhone and the screen, which was very broken and the screen was on a constant roll. Once it locked? ALL WAS GONE! I took it to them immediately after because it’s my work phone and alarm for everything important in my 2 jobs. I figured I would need a new phone which I could not afford but going to buy anyway. Took one long ok at it and though they could fix it with a new screen. They came thru for me. Put in a new screen and everything worked great!! I cannot thank them enough! "Had my Mom's wedding ring stolen and sold to these people on Wednesday. It took me till Friday to find out it was sold to them. Call and told them it was stolen and I wanted to buy it from them. Told me I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. I asked them to put it aside so it would not get sold to anyone else. Monday I get there and the said I needed the receipt. The guy that stoled it I'm sure had no plans to give it to me. Then they said it had already been scrapped. So, my Mom's ring is gone. Well, I think they're lying about it. But what can you do? It's gone. Like my Mom has been gone for a year and a half. Hope the creep who stoled it is happy and these people here are happy."

I needed my iphone screen fixed after being totally demolished to the point where I thought it was totalled for sure but they were able to get it replaced and working with no problem.
