"Kind of unprofessional. They had a wrong phone number for me somehow so when I called when looking to add coverage to my already existing policy they couldn't find me. They also have a made up dl number for me and after several times of me telling them to fix it, it's still incorrect UPDATE: I've been a loyal customer for a while now and again had the wrong phone number for me because when I just called they were unable to find me in the system by phone number. If I wouldn't have called this morning to change my policy, I would've never known that my policy cancelled APRIL 25TH WITH NO NOTICE! No phone call, no snail mail, no nothing. Guess why, THEY STILL HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER! This company is the worst so my policy will stay cancelled. Going elsewhere."
