"Went for a trim with Lisa. She was very friendly and did a good job with the cut. However, she started straightening my hair without asking (and without heat protectant) in order to cut my hair. She essentially did a dry cut without using any water and then I was charged $10 for straightening my hair even though I didn’t request it… Little disappointed in that especially because I am someone who doesn’t like putting heat in my hair. Wish they would have asked before doing so."
