"Usually satisfied with my haircut, but this one time it was a disaster. It was someone different cutting my hair this time. That person was just very rude. They just put on a dead face the entire time and did not do their job properly. They were treating me very roughly and causing me pain during hair cut. I did not complain on spot because they looked like they were ready to fight with the customer. Absolutely pathetic treatment towards a customer. They also made me bleed a little on the back of my head."

"First time experience for a simple wash & blow dry style. First, let me just say my first thought was the work environment wasn't welcoming at all. The woman that serviced me, didn't even bother to brush out my hair before the wash, which caused my hair to become more knotted when we started the wash, let me mention that I do have curly hair. The wash was extremely rough, to where it felt my scalp was getting scratched at. I was asked if I wanted "products" in my hair? Me, assuming it would at least include a heat protector without me having to ask for me. During the actual blow dry process, she stops and feels the need to tell " You have a lot of hair " then continues to blow dry. At the end of the appointment I paid & even tipped $5 because I've worked off tips before myself. There was an older caucasian woman after me, which she then smiled and seemed to have a better approach than my experience. I DID NOT feel the need to express any concerns to her personally, due to the fact I was never asked " so far so good" "is everything ok " or even felt really acknowledged the entire time. And to top everything off, my front section was still wavy and my curls stood out. I pulled my hair up immediately after leaving the building. This was not my first rodeo with a wash & blow dry style, but this will be the last time at this location!"

"I’ve been to Supercuts before, but this location was really unprofessional. I was there, but no one paid attention to me, not even my stylist. She was talking to her coworkers all the time and really loud, also pausing in the middle to talk to them. I wanted more than what I told her but since they were talking to each other, I didn’t feel like interrupting, so I left without being satisfied. When another couple came, another hairdresser welcomed them and talked to them nicely, and my hairdresser was adding to their conversation. And me, I was sitting there like I was being punished, couldn’t wait to leave. No one talked to me and I felt like I was in the wrong place, and I couldn’t even get what I wanted. If you are not American, don’t go. They treat you like you’re misfits, at least that’s how they made me feel. I won’t ever go and will ask everyone to stay away from this location."

"Didn’t like the haircut they did to me and my man. I cleared showed picture how I want my hair cut so did by him. But she cut my hair shorter than I told and the layer I wanted, she didn’t do that way. And whoever cut hair of my man didn’t do they way he wanted neither asked if the hair cut is okey. Disappointed with the service and will never returning back. It would be better if they told us before hand if they can’t cut the hair as we wanted."

"I’ve been using this Super Cuts since I moved to the Irving area. Angie cut my hair the first time and I never used anyone else. She listened to how I wanted it cut and took the time to remember it. She is excellent at what she does and I’d recommend her to anyone! She became a great friend through my time here in Dallas as well. God bless and I wish the best for you in your career Angie!"
