"This is about purchasing a vechile from her. My father new this person for years and did business with her. I decided in 2019 to buy a vechile for her. Since my Honda Accord was to expensive to repair. She got over on me on the price. Was not thinking because so much was going on. I could have went to dealership and purchased a vechile. She was about the money. She told me her husband can repair cars. I went back to him for maintenance. He just hand me the keys back. I say if buy a car from this place. Research very well I can say she is out for the money I knew better I would have never purchased a car from her and husband. Never to old to learn The things I am learning Go to DPS pullup the prices on the vechile if you buy one from her Before Lorenzo passed away he told she was crooked 10,000 for a vechile I bought and on DPS vechile worth only 3,000."
"Stay far away. They are not very professional, and they don't listen. I explained to them when I opened the policy for my son to REMOVE my credit card from the account because we would use a different card to make the next payment. My son called and made his first payment at the end of January. Then they sent a letter that I didn't receive till Feb 6th that they will be canceling the policy on Feb 6th for none payment. I sent an email since I couldn't reach them by phone asking what happened. Then my son told me they told him the payment was rejected. Hrs later someone answered the email saying the policy was fine. However my son managed to get a hold of someone who told him he would have to make a reinstatement payment because of the rejection. At this point I was furious because it seemed like someone didn't know what they were doing. Finally I called and asked the lady to explain. She said the initial payment was rejected because they tried to bill the card I told them to remove in the first place. It took her forever to admit that the payment went through on my son's credit card and that the account was in good standing. It was a very annoying process to deal with. And she tried to make it seem like it was because of my son's lack of understanding. Don't work with these people. Please go somewhere else if you can."
