"Dear Ms. Maria Amaya, The customer service agents have been professional. However, the core business of providing insurance policies has been much less than satisfactory. With my previous agent, the process of ensuring that my windstorm policy was attached and appropriately paid was seamless, that was not the case with your agency. Also, I received a higher home valuation after inspection, and I was not contacted regarding the assessed adjustment. The assessment was made with a new policy amount was assessed, and I the funds were automatically debited from my account without my approval. This is a problem! If other customers were aware of issues like this, I do not think they would use your services. This feels like a bait and switch, and one in which you are able to automatically debt from my account without authorization. I don't think so!"
