"I've had the worst experience possible from an insurance perspective, I recommend folks find a different insurance broker. I used this company for my insurance needs for an investment property I own, it has been the worst! They don't get back to me in a timely manner and they have not been able to resolve my issues. I paid a year upfront for a policy, something happened with my policy and this broker is unable to figure out the issue, nor have they been able to get my partial refund. I have talked to Lee (I think that's his name) at least 3 times since I became aware of an issue with my coverage and he has not resolved the issue; he can't seem to call me back either. When I do call, I have had to email or provide them with my policy information as they cannot find it in their records or system. The folks that answer the phone are tacky and not professional. I think it is very sad- I, as a black man, sought out a black insurance broker and have been treated so bad. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. IF YOU CAN, FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE SERVICE, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! -Justin McLaughlin"
