"Big R has been a great addition to Clovis. This review is not for the store in general but a product they carry. We have purchased wood pellets from a variety of stores, usually by the pallet, but must say the Big R brand "premium wood pellets" are the absolute worst ever. They clog our pellet stoves and create way more ash than any other brand. Please save yourself the headache. Don't buy these pellets."

"Sold my wife a battery for the four wheeler, she came home opened it and set the contents on the table. A couple of days went by when decided to replace it and there was a cracked battery on the table. No acid. No caps no filler hose just a cracked battery. When I asked she informed me that that was all that was in the box and the box had already went with the trash. She contacted big r and talked to the manager "Casey" and he informed her that with a receipt she could return the battery. When she attempted this the employees were rude and unhelpful and refused to return the battery. Unfortunately "Casey" was unavailable and the customer service was pathetic."

"Thought it was a great store until today. Employee’s are rude and do not care about customers. I bought a battery in an open box. Did not think anything of it, when I got home I took battery from box and took out my trash. My husband asked me about the the battery it was cracked and missing everything. I called they said they would let me exchange, but when I got there they were rude to me like I stole the damn thing. I had my receipt. Wasted my money, time, and got treated very poorly!!"
