"After doing some research I decided that I wanted to purchase some Chisos boots. I live about 3 hours from Austin and wasn't comfortable just ordering them without trying them on. They are not open on weekends so drove straight there on a Friday. Turned out they didn't have my size in the store and I was totally fine with having them shipped to me but they went the extra mile and Will met me there the next day and brought them from their warehouse. The craftsmanship is excellent; I also put them on that day and walked around Austin the entire afternoon and had no issues with blisters, comfort, etc. Can't say enough about the quality and customer service."

"The best boots I have ever owned - a work of art! They are comfortable out of the box but once the Chisos logo wears off the bottom, these are so comfortable that you can jog in them if you want to. I wear them to the office during the week because they can pass as a dress shoe but they are durable too, so I can wear them out on the trails just as well. Worth every penny and I love supporting a local Texas brand. Chisos are the real deal. I can’t imagine purchasing any other boot."

"I was searching for a pair of boots that would be comfortable to wear in my retail sales job (on my feet all day long.) I saw the reviews about how comfortable Chisos boots are but hesitated to pull the trigger on them. I ended up ordering a pair of #2's in black. I absolutely love them! Takes a couple of days to break them in, but after that, they are fantastic! Take their advice and order a half size down from what you wear in a sneaker. As a bonus, the handwritten thank you note is a great touch that is seldom done these days. Fantastic small business!"

First and foremost, these boots are fantastically constructed, second and foremost, the customer service is hands down the best I’ve had. Within 10 minutes of an email Kris replied. Upon arrival of my boots they were flawless but a little big. There were a handful of No. 2s in my size and I emailed Chisos if they could hold a pair for me while mine were being returned, Allison made sure that happened for me. I now have an amazing pair of boots and I look forward to buying another pair soon. Well worth the price and well worth the wait. I shall purchase a the matching belt and boot jack next!"

"I’ve been wearing boots for a good amount of time now, and a struggle I had with each pair of boots was the slight loose fitting. Along with the painful break in phase and poor lasting time due to poor manufacturing. These boots were snug from the first day and felt as if I had already broke them in the moment I slipped them on. They are super comfortable and have such a high quality finish to them. Finally the fitting was perfect, and formed to my feet very quick. Chisos is by far #1 on the market!!"
