"First Order from this particular Store placed online to pick up here. I was supposed to receive an email within 3 hours. And after 2 days of waiting for the email I decided to go. The order was nowhere to be found and waited about 25 minutes until they finally found it. Second order with a week of difference also an online order. This time they give me the order fast but the shoes were USED I meant Really? Not even Walmart does that."

"I brought my sister a watch online to pick up. I also checked the gift wrap, thinking this will save me time and I don't have to wrap it myself. The staff was friendly and I think she was a mgr apologize for not having the right box size. Which was fine with me since the watch was going to be gift wrap. NOT! I didn't even look at like until I got home and the gift wrap was a joke. It was a pack of tissue paper folded and just wrapped around one side of the box tape with a silver tape. You would think for the money I spent it would have been done more nice."
