"The staff was very rude here. The woman working, Victoria, kept saying that we are the customers so we could choose but would also refuse to let us choose the shoes we wanted to. She ran towards us and made a comment about how we needed her help because we didn’t know what we were doing when she noticed that we were trying to choose which shoes to try and kept making very condescending comments towards my grandmother. She was very rude and made our shopping experience unpleasant."

"This place is awesome! Evelyn was an EXCELLENT help to me in trying on different shoes and getting my correct shoe size and width figured out. She is super patient too! I was able to try the same shoes on over and over and walk around the store in them before deciding. She did not rush and was thoroughly knowledgeable about ordering whatever the store does not carry and how to care for the shoes! I definitely plan to return!!"
