"The customer service in this place is horrible. I was just totally skipped in line by someone behind me I guess a regular customer and I had to wait. I guess she was more important than I am. My wife and I spend at least $100 in here a week. I will make sure I drive to the overall nutrition on 1488 from now on. They are so much nicer and they treat everybody equally there. The old big lady is always on her phone in the back and never helps the girls up front. I feel sorry for those girls."

"I had been meaning to stop in for quite a while after I had learned about them. Finally, today I stopped in while on a bike ride. Man, oh man, I realized that I've short-changed myself by not visiting sooner. You will not be disappointed. First thing you will notice is that someone put real effort into make this a seriously cute, warm, and friendly cafe-style environment. I toward the end of my bike ride so I just stood while I consumed my delicious shake, but there are several cafe tables/chairs to sit at while you enjoy your beverage of choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining all of their options and ingredients. I did not know what to expect when I got there, much less what to order, and they talked me through many options until I decided on one (I ended up getting the Pralines and Cream Shake). My "dumbed down" explanation of what to expect there is basically 1) Healthy, Tasty, Meal Replacement Shakes and 2) Healthy Energy Drink Replacement Teas. There is actually more, like coffee drinks, but the menu is dominated by the shakes and teas. I didn't try a tea this time, BUT I WILL NEXT TIME. Just go. Run, walk, bike, scoot, or drive yourself to this great little place and thank yourself later for treating yourself out."
