Uncle Nicky's Italian Specialties

"Had a great time. Wait staff were very homely and treats you like family. We went on a cold night and the lady who attended us made a hot version of Nicky's favorite and was very good. We ordered the meatballs and rigatoni pasta. Both were good but the marsala in meatballs has too much flavor. We got out food very fast. I could see there were a lot of regulars even at 10 pm and felt like a neighborhood bar where everyone knows everyone. I saw the ice-cream was also popular here but decided to skip since it was cold outside. But will come back again soon for it."

"Great food spot hands down :) the food is always fresh, organic, and just simply tastes like great quality. Every time I’ve come, from the drinks to the sandwiches to the pasta, it has always been amazing quality and so refreshing. I love the variety of ingredients and how everything feels good. Also the affogato, the drinks, the sandwich, best thing ever :)"

"Excellent value. The price was right. The anti pasta was better than the main. But I loved the little anti pasta bar. I think the meatballs were just not my style. Many others had them and seemed way more enthused. I loved the staff - the guy who helped me was awesome. The atmosphere was great. Park behind the restaurant. Excellent lunch or brunch spot."

"Such a good lunch spot in Austin! A friend of mine took me here and I was so surprised with how delicious this place was. We each got sandwiches, and the uncle Nicky’s latte. I’ve never had such a sweet delicious coffee treat! Also the sandwich was so fresh, the bread was soft and the flavor was really good. It came with a bag of lays chips, a really filling lunch. Also loved the outdoor dining area, they had fans to keep it cool. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Austin."

"Incredible spot! Great food for a great price! The happy hour was a nice surprise and the little snacks they dish out were very tasty. The meatballs were definitely the star here. I highly suggest you try them! The patio is a vibe and the staff here were very chill. We got some spritzes and I highly suggest getting them! We’ll be back for sure!"
