"THIS IS A GHOST KITCHEN. Ordered a chicken parm pizza from the Toast Takeout app and got a BURNED and unappetizing chicken parm pasta instead which I could not get a refund for by calling their number. This looks like a microwaved frozen meal and is going straight to the garbage."
"We ordered the Italian Meat lover's pizza and enjoyed the variety of meats it came with. Some may prefer more tang. We loved the house made chips both of our sandwiches came with. The chicken parm sandwich, was good and filling. It might be nice to try with a lunch combo and include a salad. The sausage, peppers and onions were a great combo of flavors with a mild amount of zest. Pick up staff was friendly and efficient at kitchen united."
"Ordered from Uber Eats and it was pretty darn good. Got the chicken parm, it was hugeeeee. Everything cooked well. Coulda had more mozzarella cheese but overall was satisfying!"
"Bummer. It looked great on the website. I ordered the Star-Crossed Bird with Benvolio's chips online, which after tip and taxes turns into a $18.50 sandwich. I drove over, popped in to grab my grub, and headed back to the office. When I opened the sandwich the top was burnt, like burnt toast. I ate about half of it and threw the rest away. It was just too hard to bite and the burnt flavor distracted from the rest. What gets me is, I know someone at the restaurant had to look at this before wrapping it up for a customer and consciously decide, yep, this is good to go. Plus, when I ordered I included a tip for their effort in making said burnt sandwich. Additionally, on your receipt you can tell the restaurant whether it was a positive experience or negative experience and note if it is okay for the restaurant to call you. I checked negative experience, told them why and said sure, it is okay to call. They did not call."
"We ordered the Chicken Capulet pizza and a side salad. The pizza is smaller than we expected, which is fine, but it had no provolone or parmesan that we could taste and there was no basil. It was just a few pieces of chicken on a regular cheese pizza. Looks nothing like advertised. The side Caesar salad was just lettuce, no croutons, no cheese, no other veggies, nothing. Never ordering from here again."
