"Our stay here was in early December. As we first walked in, our eyes immediately went to the multiple beautiful Christmas displays. Our check-in was brief and easy. As we walked into our room, we noticed the great aroma of a sanitized room. All the sheets looked very clean and felt fresh. We had a great sleep. Coming down the next day, we were greeted by very friendly bilingual staff, who offered us breakfast that was delicious. Definitely will be staying here again. I highly recommend it."

"The air conditioner in the room was not working. It was only on one setting, and we could not adjust it to make the room colder. The panel only read “on” and we were unable to turn it off, reset it, or adjust the temperature in any way so the room was quite warm throughout the night and very uncomfortable. The vent in the restroom was not working either and that was very unpleasant. The tub was slippery so I had to scrub it down myself with one of the bath towels. If a tub is slippery, it’s not clean. Also, the walls are paper thin and we could hear conversations, children crying and yelling from other rooms throughout the night. Then there were some noisy patrons that returned from a celebration of some sort and they were running up and down the hallway going in and out of rooms at 3 o’clock in the morning, slamming doors as they went in and out of their rooms, laughing loud, talking loud, yelling and it was just very disruptive and very unpleasant. My husband and I just did not get a good nights sleep and both woke up with migraines and feeling very uncomfortable. Because of this we packed in a hurry to check out by noon Sunday morning and I ended up forgetting my iPhone charger. So I was very unhappy about that. If you can compensate us in someway or manner, that would be great. If not, then we will never again stay in one of your facilities, or at least not this one."
