"This is a review of the office, not the doctor's skills. While making an appointment, the office personnel was very rude and demanding. Perhaps the doctor should review his staff's behavior. After seeing the other similar reviews, we cancelled."

"Dr. Ahmad has horrible client service skills. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner while discussing treatment for my son. I would never allow someone who speaks poorly to me, or people in general, to provide a medical or dental service to my children. I informed him of my son's medical history and he asked me "Are you a medical professional or do you think I am naïve?" I'm not a medical professional, but I am the parent of the child who I brought for care. I am also the parent who knows her child's dental history. I am also the parent who knows about patient rights and because you got a license to practice doesn't mean you are greater than me or can talk to me any type of way. I decided to cancel the appointment and seek care elsewhere and I strongly advise others to do the same, if you want to be treated with dignity!"

"Worst doctor ever. This doctor gave me a root canal and left a piece of metal in my tooth. Worst part about it is that he was so nonchalant and shady about his mistake. He never even apologized for it. He blamed his assistant for not following his directions and then blamed me for not keeping my jaw open wide enough during the procedure. Mind you he was telling me that I was doing a great job throughout the entire procedure! After the procedure was completed, he casually tells me I'll have to live with a piece of metal in my tooth for the rest of my life. He said this is very common with him and that it happens a few times a month. Do NOT use him!"
