"Customer service here is not good at all. The two ladies that are working today 12.5.23 are so unprofessional and rude. I bought a policy from Iris this past Saturday and she was quick to get my info and payment. I waited an HR just to sign documents she did advise me that once documents were signed I would received my insurance card immediately. Did i receive them immediately? NO I DIDNT!. I called today on Tuesday 12.5.23 to check to see why I had not received my cards. Same girl IRIS answers the phone and tells me to hold. I literally was on hold for 20 min. I call back and a girl named Bri (I believe) answers the phone and I tell her the problem I was having and she was like “well it wasn’t with me that you were on hold, so how can I help you” I then proceeded to tell her what I needed but at the end of the call she was rude and unprofessional. All in all these two ladies need to get it together as for they are customer service. I will not recommend anyone to this place!!"

"I went into this issue to company looking for insurance, and they not only helped me get exactly what I needed at a decent rate a very affordable rate they also provide home insurance for home owners, and renters. I would definitely recommend this place to others. They make you feel like part of a family and not just a customer, my phone went dead, and they even had a charger on hand that I could borrow to charge my phone so that I could make my payment. I will never use another Insurance company"

"On 1-27-2023 I did a quote online, then I called the 8th St office to verify the quote price and the agent said, if I come in the quote would be different. I went to the office and both agents were busy with a client, after 5-mins one agent was done and I sat there for about 20-mins with no acknowledgment or explanation of I will be with you shortly. The whole time that agent was either on the phone and doing paper work! Poor customer service! I felt it was rude with no acknowledgment and I walked out! They lost my business."

"I’m sorry but the girl that calls her self the MANAGER at this location is trash she is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met seriously don’t know how they even let her run this place and she is the reason I took my business elsewhere not only is she rude to her customers that keep this place running but to her employees treating them horribly in from of everyone to see and hear. Do better amax if I could give it 0 stars I would"
