"Flew in from Greenville, SC for a what I thought was a decent used car. He gave me all the answers I wanted over the phone, but completely misrepresented it Looked like the bodywork was done by a child, and the hood wouldn't even open, after I had asked specifically if he had checked the oil. DRL's didn't work, and car shook at idle, along with it looking more than used in the interior. Refused to give me my $500 deposit back, and was an absolutely horrible experience. Left me on the South Terminal, with no ride after a one way plane ride. Personally, I wouldn't buy air from him if I were drowning, for fear of it being poisoned."
"I have been very happy with my car purchased from them. 50k miles later and still running good. Any time I've messed something up, or needed a relevant repair, Ramin has worked with me on pricing and gotten it back in order. Truly a blessing to experience this at a used car dealership..."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! On 4/29/2022 I bought a blue 2010 JCW Mini Cooper from this establishment. Stock #10997 . After writing a check for a $2000 downpayment, we financed $10458.77. As I pulled out on the road, I didn't get far before smelling hot antifreeze, and smoke billowing from under the car. My husband was following me & motioned me to go back to the dealer. They DID find a bad hose & replaced it with one from another car. The check engine light eventually came on , as did the seat belt light( still on today), the tire light and check engine light. We were soon able to take it to a European Car Repair. The first repairs were between $7,000-8,000, the next repairs were around $3000 and the car is in the shop AGAIN today to be repaired to the tune of $3000 more! I can post detailed invoices if necessary. My problem is that, had I known it needed this much work----because they showed me the few things they 'repaired or replaced' when I bought it, to make me think it was road-worthy----I would have just bought a freakin' NEW car! I realize they will be countering this review with excuses, but if you are even CONSIDERING them---FORGET ABOUT IT!!. I wish I'd seen the BBB rating before going there. You need to check it out before you buy. I hope this helps at least ONE person from this kind of BAD BUSINESS!. ONE STAR is TOO MUCH to give them!!! But, you can't post without putting at least ONE star on it. I'd rather have numbers----I'd pick ZERO!"
"Do not buy here! 4 days after getting the car I had the check engine light come on obviously the guy cleared the codes before purchasing it so that their check engine light wouldn't be on extremely shady and not OK. I'm sure there will be a response to this saying something along the lines of we haven't heard any problems from you we offered to help fix things if something was wrong etc but quite frankly we can get the parts and fix it ourselves for cheaper than his "price". An extremely detailed look over on this car and found a few minor things which we didn't have a problem fixing so I knew that there would be some things we had to fix that's not a big deal but to have a code pop up I've only had this car for 4 days?!?! Oil was FILTHY filter was obviously old, they do the bare minimum amount of work on them and sell them... I mean seriously not even oil change???? No wonder he doesn't want you to drive them more than 10-15 minutes because you don't get the car hot enough to know how it really runs. Very shady and slick. Smoother talker. But will scam you. I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE. Edited to add you can absolutely get around an inspection by clearing codes and running it for a little bit. I drove it less than 100 miles when the coses popped up. I was wondering what the response would be but my gosh it's another load of lies. And we were SPECIFICALLY told to try to have it back within about 10-15 minutes, two different times, once when I called up to check if we could do a long test drive before we went up there and once right before we took it out."
"BEWARE: I purchased a vehicle for my son and was so excited that I was able to do so. I noticed immediately problems with the transmission and Ramin offered to put a new one in. He said he had to do this before but would make sure it was a brand new one. He kept the car for over 3 weeks and as soon as I picked it up drove it for 3 days it stalled out. I had my mechanic look at it and which he told me a salvaged transmission was put in. He offered to fix it yet again and well now he’s putting the blame on us will not fix it and has the car. I paid a nice amount only to be scammed. This guy is not reliable should not be in business and totally rude! Do not buy from here you will regret it!!!!"
